Description
This cottage, located approximately 15 metres north-west of Nethercott Cottage, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of whitewashed rubble with cob in the upper parts and features a slate roof with brick gable end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a two-room plan, with a single room depth. To the right, there is a lean-to roof made of corrugated asbestos. The front has a two-window range, including a four-paned fixed casement on the left and a two-light casement on the right, positioned above a two-light casement and a small square opening on either side of a plank door, which is sheltered by a corrugated asbestos canopy. This cottage is included for its group value with other nearby structures.
