Nethercott Cottages is an early 19th-century cottage constructed from colourwashed rendered rubble and cob. It features a slate roof with brick stacks at each gable end and stands two storeys tall. The front has three two-light casement windows on each side of a half-glazed door, which is sheltered by a slated canopy. There is a two-storey extension at the rear and a lean-to on the right gable end, which has a corrugated asbestos roof. The building is included for its group value.
