Description

This early 19th-century cottage is located on Pinfold Lane in North Luffenham. It is constructed from coursed rubble stone with a plain tile roof, and has end stacks built of mid-19th century brick. The front elevation has two storeys with two casement windows on each floor. The upper floor windows are two-light, while the lower floor windows consist of a central three-light opening over two. A central entrance features a six-panelled door. A two-storey extension with a flat roof has been added to the rear. The building is included on the list for its group value.
