Description
This is a cottage from the 18th century located on Church Street in North Luffenham. It is built of coursed rubble stone and has a Welsh slate roof with stone and brick ridges, as well as stacks at the left end and rear. The cottage is 1½ storeys high and has an L-shaped plan, with a wing that projects forward to the right.
On the front, there is a 3-light centre-opening casement window set in a stone frame, which features a hood-mould above it. To the right of this, there is a 2-light casement window with a 2-light dormer above. Inside the wing's inner return, there is a 1-light window with a toplight and a 2-light casement window in the gable end of the wing. The left end has a 2-light casement window on the first floor, while the right end features a lean-to with a door.
