Description

This is an 18th-century cottage located on the south side of Lyndon Road in North Luffenham. The cottage is constructed primarily of coursed rubble stone, with a Welsh slate roof featuring moulded stone ridges and stacks built of brick and stone at the left and right ends. It has a 1½-storey design with three two-light windows on the front, the left-hand window being a horizontal sliding sash, while the others are casements. Three dormers, each with two lights, are positioned above the front windows. A doorway has been blocked on the left side of the facade. A two-storey wing extends to the rear, characterized by a Collyweston slate roof and a brick end stack. Inside, original beams remain.
