Description

A pair of early or mid-19th century terraced houses are located on Barrington Street, Tiverton. The front of the houses is of roughcast material, while the rear wall is of painted stone rubble. They have a tiled roof and a stack with a red brick shaft and platband.

The houses have two storeys and mirrored two-window fronts, with doorways at each outer end of the ground storey. A passage running through the building provides access to Martins Lane on the right-hand side. Each house has a four-panelled door, the lower two panels being flush, and No. 95 features an old letterbox. The windows are wooden casements with two lights, each light containing six panes. The interior of the houses has not been inspected.
