Description
This is a terrace of six houses, numbered 57 to 67 Marlborough Road, dating to around 1840. The houses are constructed of stucco and form a group. They are three storeys high with a basement, and each house has two windows. The ground floor windows are French casements, while the windows above are sash windows. The front doors are six-panelled, with panelled reveals. The houses feature pediments above the doorways of numbers 59 and 67. A cornice runs along the top of the front elevation, and there is a band running along the parapet. The roof is not visible.
