Description
This is a terrace of six houses, numbered 1 to 11 Cranbury Avenue, built around 1840. The houses are mostly stuccoed, although numbers 1 and 3 have stock brick on their first and second floors. They are three storeys high and feature Ionic pilasters at the ends of the terrace and between each house. The windows are sash windows. Numbers 5, 7, and 9 have sash windows arranged in bows on the ground and first floors. Number 1 has a later-added canted bay window on its first floor. The entrances are located in round-headed openings, each topped with an arched fanlight. This building has group value, contributing to the character of the area.
