Description
Beaulieu House, dating circa 1835, is a three-storey building with a basement, situated on Cranbury Terrace. The ground floor is constructed of rusticated stucco, while the upper part is white brick with window arches of yellow brick. The front elevation features four brick pilasters that extend across the first and second floors, originally supporting Ionic capitals and a cornice which have since been removed. A stucco parapet tops the building. There are three windows to the front. The ground floor has a plain central door and two triple-light windows. The side elevation is clad in slate.
