Description
20 Cranbury Place is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys high with a basement. It is constructed of yellow brick, while the ground floor and basement feature rusticated stucco. The roof is concealed by a parapet with stone coping and a moulded eaves cornice. The building has one window above a first-floor French window, which is adorned with a shell tympanum. There is a cast iron balconette and a simple doorcase, along with cast iron area railings.
