Description

Nos 13 and 15 on Wonford Road, formerly known as Nos 48 and 49, are a pair of stucco villas built around 1840. They are two storeys high and each house features two windows, a gable, and a round-headed attic window. The ground floor has French windows, while the upper floor has sash windows, all with moulded architraves and glazing bars. Each house has a six-panel door with a rectangular light above it. The villas are topped with a slate roof and have eagles on the angles of the parapet. They are a good example of their architectural style and date.
