Description

No. 36 on St Leonard's Road is a building dating from around 1840. It is three stories high and features a three-window front facing St Leonard's Road. The building has a verandah and a round-headed window in the gable. There is a Doric porch on the side facing Wonford Road. The windows are sash style with glazing bars. The roof is slate, with deep eaves supported by brackets. The gable end is designed in the Greek Revival style, featuring a pediment.
