Description

The building at 30 St Leonard's Road dates to around 1840 and is constructed of stucco. It is a two-storey building with two windows on the front elevation. The ground floor features French windows, while the upper floor has sash windows with glazing bars. A side entrance door is present. A wooden verandah extends across the front of the building. The building has wide eaves supported by brackets and a hipped slate roof. Numbers 18 to 30 (even) form a group.
