Detached house. Early C19. Roughcast cob on stone footings; gabled-end slate roof. Double-depth plan house, the principal room on either side of the entrance, the service rooms to the rear. End stacks. 2 storeys. Front: symmetrical 3 window range; rusticated quoins; all windows with 16-pane hornless sashes, except that to 1st floor centre which has 12 panes. Central doorway, round-headed, with reeded pilasters, soffit and reveals with fielded panels; fielded panel door with semi-circular fanlight.
