SY 08 NW WOODBURY THE BROADWAY (north side), Woodbury 2/79 Ballymans - - II

Detached house. Early C19 remodelling of an earlier house. Roughcast cob on stone footings; gabled-end thatched roof. 2 room single-depth plan, the entrance to the left-hand side of front with a rear wing. Axial stack. 2 storeys. Front: irregular 2-window range; two 3-light horizontal sliding sash windows to 1st floor; two 3-light casement windows to ground floor, some glazing bars missing; doorway to left with fielded panel door. Late C20 fenestration to left-hand end; the right-hand end abuts another dwelling. Rear with casement windows and slate roofed leanto.
