Description
Brewer's Cottage is a detached house dating from the early 19th century. It is built of coursed rubble stone with quoins and features a Cotswold stone slate roof, along with two stone end stacks. The house is a single range with a 20th-century rear extension and stands two storeys high, showcasing a projecting cornice at the front.
The facade includes three windows, which are paired segmental head wood casements, each with eight lights, set within a square-headed frame that has a square stone hoodmould. On the ground floor, there are two windows flanking a central six-panel door. The top two panels of the door are glazed, and it is topped with a cambered arch and a square hoodmould.
