Description
29 Hampton Street is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It has a rendered exterior with long and short quoins, set on a plinth, and features a Cotswold stone slate roof with two stone end stacks. The building consists of a double range, with the rear range covered in concrete tiles, and a smaller two-storey wing to the left. The house is three storeys tall and has three windows on the upper floors, which are 12-pane sashes. The ground floor includes two similar 12-pane sash windows and a central door made up of four fielded panels, topped with a flat stone hood supported by scrolled brackets. The left wing has two 12-pane sashes on the first floor and two wide 20th-century windows on the ground floor.
