Description
Number 5 is a large house dating to the late 18th or early 19th century. It is built of coursed rubble stone with a Cotswold stone slate roof, featuring one stone gable stack to the right and two lateral stone stacks at the rear. The main house is accompanied by a rear lean-to addition with a double Roman tile roof. The building is two storeys high with an attic. It has three windows, all with cambered head 12-pane sashes, except the central ground-floor window which is an 8-pane sash. The front door is cambered-headed, with a plain rectangular fanlight and six fielded panels. A complete set of spearhead iron railings and a gate completes the front elevation.
