Description

Sid Cottage is a 19th-century building located on Sid Road, dating from around 1840. It has an L-shaped plan and stands two storeys tall, with a stuccoed exterior. The gable end features a slate roof with an eaves fascia, and the gable facing Sid Road is adorned with barge-boards and a finial. The cottage has casement windows set in moulded surrounds. The entrance is positioned at the corner of the L plan, topped by a gable that also has bargeboards and a finial. Sid Cottage is part of a group that includes Nos 10 to 17 (consecutive) on Sid Lane.
