Description
Boundy's House is an 18th-century cottage located in Lower Lelant. The building is constructed of stucco and has two storeys. It features four windows with 19th-century sash designs, and the first-floor windows have gable heads that extend through the eaves. The roof is made of slurried slate and has gable ends. Notably, there is a large four-light window on the left side of the ground floor.
