Description

Trendreath is an early 18th-century cottage located in Lower Lelant. It is constructed of rubble stone and has two storeys and two windows. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. The first floor windows have gable heads breaking through the eaves, a feature added in the 19th century. A central glazed door provides access. The roof is slate-covered with gable ends. A datestone inscribed “IMA 1723” is present. Trendreath contributes to a notable group of listed buildings along the main road.
