Description

Trendreath House is an early to mid-19th century house located in Lower Lelant. It is constructed of stucco and has two storeys with three windows, although the center window is blank. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, and there is a central door topped by a rectangular fanlight. The house features a new hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves. There is also a single-storey addition that has a Gothick sash window. Trendreath House is part of a group of listed buildings along the main road, contributing to the character of the village.
