Description
47 and 49 London Road is a house that has been divided into two dwellings. It was built in the early to mid-19th century, with a right wing added in the 20th century. The building is made of limestone rubble with an ashlar facade and features a slate roof with ashlar stacks at the gable ends. It has a double-depth plan and a rear single-storey lean-to. The exterior is two storeys high and has a symmetrical three-window arrangement. The windows are 6/6-pane sash windows, and there is a platband above them. The entrance features a six-panel door that is glazed at the top. The interior has not been inspected.
