Description
This is an early to mid-18th century house located on the west side of High Street, Collingbourne Ducis. It is built of colourwashed brick with flint detailing, brick dressings, and a plat band, topped with a thatched roof. The house stands two storeys high with an attic, and originally comprised three bays. A modern single-storey addition has been made to the right. The interior is arranged around a central through hall with reception rooms on either side. The central doorway is framed and boarded. A small, hipped bay window is located on the left, and the other windows are 19th-century casements. Gable stacks are visible. The rear features a slated lean-to extension. Internally, there are timber-framed partitions and a framed rear wall to an outshut.
