Description

This is a late 17th or early 18th century house, now divided into two dwellings. It is located on the west side of Durrington High Street. The building is constructed of flint with stone dressings, and has a pebbledashed timber frame to the first floor. The roof is thatched. It is two storeys high and originally comprised three bays, with a lean-to extension to the right of number 31. The central entrance has a boarded door with a glazed panel and a 20th-century propped canopy. The original stone-framed windows have been altered to include 2 and 3-light timber casement windows. The left gable is rendered and has stacks, with another stack to the right gable. A lean-to exists to the rear of the left bay. The interior has not been inspected, but may be of interest.
