Description

SHALBOURNE SHALBOURNE VILLAGE SU 36 SW (west side) 12/188 Little Annegrove 22.2.82 II Cottage, C17. Timber framed with brick noggings, thatched roof. Single-storey and attic, 3 bays. Entrance under thatched canopy to centre bay. C20 boarded door. Framing 3 panels high with corner braces and jowled posts. Various timber windows. Thatch renewed 1985, gabled over 3 dormers and over boarded outbuilding to right. Second entrance in C20 front lean-to. Roof has queen struts and clasped purlins. Stacks to left gable and to rear of third bay. Framing to ground floor of rear replaced in brick.
