Detached cottage, now restaurant. C18 and Cl9 alterations. Rubblestone, stone slate with coped verges, saddlestone and ashlar stack with moulded cap. Gable-end to street. 2 storeys, 2 windows. Entrance door is now on right return and is C20 insertion, casement to right, first floor has one 2-light cyma- mullioned window to right and sash in chamfered case left. Gable end has pair of 4-pane sashes in beaded case with central mullion to ground floor and one 4-pane sash in beaded case above. Left return has central door in chamfered case with one 2-light cyma- mullioned window to left, first floor has one 2-light cyma- mullioned window. Interior not inspected. Single storey extension to rear with blocked and inserted windows. Included for group value with No 32 (q.v.) both buildings may have been associated with the wool industry, and No 34 (q.v.).
