Description
No. 32 on Church Street is a warehouse dating from the late 18th century. It is built from rubblestone with a brick gable and features a pantiled roof with coped verges and saddlestones. The building has a gable end facing the street and is two storeys high with an attic, containing one window. The gable end features a large semi-elliptical ashlar arch with a keystone and imposts, with a 20th-century door and window inserted. On the first floor, there is a square door and an inserted attic window above it. The rear of the building is made of brick, and the returns do not have any windows. This building has group value with No. 28, and both may have been associated with the wool industry, along with No. 34. It is included for its group value.
