Description
No 60 Folly Lane is a cottage dating from the late 17th century, with a single-storey outbuilding attached to the right. The cottage is built from random rubblestone and features a stone slate roof with coped verges and a saddlestone and brick stack on the right. It is two storeys high and has two windows. The central door is set in a plain ashlar case, with a 16-pane sash window in a moulded architrave to the right and a 4-pane sash window to the left. On the first floor, there are two 3-light ovolo moulded mullioned windows. The gable on the right has a small round-headed window at the top right. The attached outbuilding from the 19th century also has a stone slate roof and features a door and a casement window to the right. The interior has not been inspected. The cottage is attached to No 59 on the left.
