East Kennett Manor

East Kennett Manor is a late 18th-century manor house located in East Kennett. It is constructed of brick and features a slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall with cellars and has seven bays, consisting of a symmetrical five-bay block with a central through stair hall, flanked by one-bay extensions added around 1925, and a 19th-century rear wing that contains service rooms.

The entrance is accessed by seven steps with iron handrails, leading to a four-fielded and panelled door topped with an elaborate fanlight, all set within a rounded arch. The windows are twelve-paned sash windows with gauged brick lintels, and the central first-floor window is recessed within a shallow brick arch. The second floor features six-paned windows, while the end bays have 16-pane sashes. A wood cornice with paired modillions adorns the top of the building. The roof is hipped, and the roofs of the added end bays are also hipped behind a brick parapet. There are four brick chimney stacks. A rear door is six-panelled and includes a leaded fanlight.

Inside, the front rooms are detailed with dentilled cornices and marble fireplaces on the rear walls.
