Description

Evergreen Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the 18th century, located on the west side of South Street in Great Wishford. It is constructed from limestone and flint, topped with a thatched hipped roof and features a brick stack on the left side. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows. The ground floor includes a 20th-century door situated in a thatched 20th-century porch to the right of the centre, with a three-light casement window to the left and a two-light casement window to the right. On the first floor, there is a three-light casement window and a two-light casement window. The right side of the cottage has a two-light casement window on the first floor. A rear extension was being added at the time of the survey in September 1985. The interior has not been inspected.
