Description
Sunnyside is a detached cottage dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of dressed limestone and features a thatched roof with a half-hip on the left side and a coped verge on the right. There is a stone and brick stack on the right. The cottage is two stories high and has two windows. On the ground floor, there is a planked door located in a thatched porch to the left, accompanied by a single recessed chamfered light to the left and a three-light mullioned casement to the right. The first floor contains a two-light and a three-light mullioned casement. To the right, there is a two-storey extension that includes a planked door in a thatched porch and a 20th-century casement window to the left. The left side of the building has a single casement window in the attic. Additionally, there is a 20th-century flat-roofed extension on the right side. The interior has not been inspected.
