Description
The granary at Wishford Farm, located at the rear of Beehive House, dates from the late 18th century. It features weatherboarding on a timber frame, supported by staddlestones, and has a half-hipped tiled roof. The structure consists of three bays. On the north side, there are double planked doors, while the south side also has double planked doors, with planked loft doors on either side. Inside, the granary has a three-bay roof supported by tie-beam trusses, which include collars and near vertical struts to the principals. The main posts are jowled and feature straight bracing to the tie-beam, along with two tiers of purlins that have straight wind bracing.
