Description

This is a semi-detached cottage located to the north of Tudor Cottage, dating from the late 17th century with an addition from the 18th century. It is constructed from flint and chalk with brick dressings and features a half-hipped thatched roof with a brick stack. The cottage has a through-passage and is a single storey with an attic, comprising three windows. The central planked door leads to the through-passage, positioned to the right of the stack and a straight joint. To the right of the door, there is a 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement, and a 2-light casement. To the left, there is a 3-light casement. The attic includes two 3-light casements and one 2-light casement. At the rear, there is a planked door and a steel casement to the left of a projecting circular bread oven, along with two 2-light casements in the attic. Inside, the cottage features chamfered beams, planked doors, and a blocked open fireplace.
