Description
Homeleigh is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed granite rubble with a front made of roughly dressed granite, topped by a gabled slate roof and featuring brick end stacks. The building has a double-depth plan with a central entrance and stands two storeys high with attics, presenting a symmetrical three-window facade. A trellis-work porch leads to a six-panelled door, which has four upper fielded panels and a plain arched fanlight above. The windows are horned sashes with six panes over six panes, and there are two hipped dormers with similar sashes and slate-hung cheeks. The interior has not been inspected. Additionally, there are mid-19th century decorative cast-iron railings at the front of the property.
