Description
Homeleigh is a pair of estate cottages built in 1889, located on Leasingsham Moor Lane in Llanberis. The cottages are constructed from coursed limestone rubble with ashlar boards. They feature a plain tile roof adorned with decorative ridge tiles, and the gables are ashlar coped with moulded kneelers and ball finials. There is a single ridge stack that includes six moulded ashlar chimneys. The cottages have a chamfered ashlar plinth and eaves, as well as ashlar quoins.
The building is four bays wide and consists of a single storey plus an attic. In the central section, there are two three-light ovolo moulded mullion windows with moulded hoods. On either side of these windows are single doorways with plank doors set in four-centred arched chamfered surrounds, which also have flat moulded hoods. Above, there are two dormers with ashlar coped gables, each featuring moulded kneelers and ball finials, and a single two-light ovolo moulded mullion window. The left gable is inscribed with 'C.K' and the right gable bears the date '1889'.
