Description

No. 12 is an 18th-century building of one storey, constructed from coursed rubble and covered by a pantile roof. It has three new gabled dormers and three brick stacks. The front features three windows with segmental brick arches and modern glazing, and two plain doors, also with brick arches. A brick gable end and angle quoin are visible on the right-hand side. No. 12 is part of a group of buildings of local interest, forming a composition with Nos. 1 and 3.
