Description

This is a 17th or early 18th century cottage located in the West End of Holdingham. The cottage is constructed of rubble and has a new pantile roof. It features two windows without glazing bars, and brick sides. There are three yellow brick stacks and two dormers. The front door is plain. A left-hand extension features two modern windows. Outbuildings of a similar construction are situated within the curtilage. No. 1 forms a group with No. 3 (a building of local interest) and No. 12.
