Description

No. 22 St Alban Street is a late 18th-century house that includes a shop. The building is rendered and features a slate hipped roof. It has three storeys and an attic, with one window on the front. There is a flat-roofed dormer with a 20th-century window, and a two-storey oriel window with a configuration of 8:12:8 over 8:8:8-pane sashes. The ground floor has a full-width 19th-century shop front made up of three panes, with a door on each side, accessed by one step, and includes painted-in transom lights. The building has a coped parapet and a stack on the right side. The rear also has a hipped roof with a dormer. The interior has not been inspected.
