Description
This is a late 18th-century house in a row, originally with a shop. The front is rendered and has a slate double mansard roof. The house is three storeys high with an attic, and has two windows. A two-storey, eight-pane sash bow oriel window dominates the front, with the first-floor sashes being deeper than those on the second floor. There is a twelve-pane sash window on the second floor, and a deeper twelve-pane sash to the first floor. The ground floor features a 19th-century three-pane bow window with a deep sill mould and a glazed door on two steps to the right, all set under a full-width deep fascia. A six-panel door, with panelled reveals and a plain fanlight is located to the left, accessed by two steps. A moulded cornice runs across the bow, and there is a blocking course and parapet above. The rear wall is of painted brickwork and has twelve and sixteen-pane sash windows, along with a deep stair sash. The interior has not been inspected.
