Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century house in a row. The exterior is rendered and the roof is slate covered. The house is two storeys high with two windows, featuring 12-pane sash windows in plain reveals with stone sills. The ground-floor window on the right has been blocked in. A central arched opening contains a 20th-century door with a plain tympanum above. Brick stacks are present at each gable end. The building is higher than and slightly set forward from the attached row to its left, and is set down and back from the street. The rear wall retains original glazing-bar sashes. The property has undergone fewer alterations than the rest of the row. The interior has not been inspected.
