Description
The Little Grey House is a house in a row, dating from the early 19th century. It features a smooth rendered exterior and a slate roof. The building has two storeys and two windows; the left window is a 16-pane sash, while there is a 12-pane sash above the door, all set within moulded and eared architraves resting on stone cills. The front door is a six-panel, part-glazed 19th-century door, located under a transom light and surrounded by a moulded pilaster that leads to a frieze and cornice that curves towards the pilasters. There is a brick stack on the left side of the house. At the back, there is a margin bar arched sash window and a tile-hung extension with a 16-pane sash window.
