Two attached cottages located on Seaway Lane, dating from the mid-19th century. They feature rubble-stone walls and a hipped slate roof with projecting eaves. A brick stack is positioned at the center of the ridge. The cottages are two storeys high and have four windows, which are cast-iron casements with glazing bars, set in wooden frames with cills. There is a porch at the center of No 1, which has a 20th-century six-panel door, while No 2 has a 20th-century door located at the left-hand front.
