Farmhouse and attached Barn to west. Early C19 rebuild with refenestration and centralised door position. Rubble-stone walls and dressed stone quoins. Slate roof with gable ends. C19 brick stacks at each gable. 2 storeys. 2 windows, 2-light wooden casements with glazing-bars and wooden cills. Keyed stone lintels to windows. Blocked front doorway at centre with keyed stone lintel over. Present entrance, C20 door on east gable end. Attached barn at west gable, one low storey, rubble-stone walls, thatch roof with far gable end over, plank stable-door at centre.
