Single cottage. Later C18. Lias rubble-stone walls, part rendered. Hipped thatch roof. 2 tall brick stacks at rear wall eaves. 2 storeys. 3 windows, 2 light C20 wooden casements with glazing bars. Wooden cills. Simple brick voussoirs over. Front door at centre, 2 leaf, wooden with flush panels and 2 glass lights over. Pentice wooden canopy over. Outshut at right hand, rendered with hipped thatch roof. 2 leaf plank door and one window either side.
