Description
This building is a cottage, coach house, and stable located 15 metres west of the Old Rectory in South Perrott. It dates from the 18th century and features rubble-stone walls. The roof is thatched, with a patent tile roof on the right side, and there is one brick stack at the ridge. The structure has one and a half storeys and various unmatching windows, including a small three-light and a four-light window with a wooden lintel above.
The attached coach house has two wide plank doors set in a large wooden frame and is accessed via blue lias stone setts. The stables, located on the right side, have a double stable door with windows above it, along with an attached cobble-stone ramp. There is also a plank stable door on the right, which has a wooden lintel above, and a sash window positioned between the stable doors.
