NEWLAND (North Side) Two cottages (adjoining the three cottages next to The Manor House on east side)

GV II C19 fronts to possibly earlier core. Two storeys. Three windows. Slate gabled roof; stone slate verge. Rendered fronts; giant pilasters at either end. Entry in centre with window above. Left hand cottage has two-light casement window with small wood panes above and a sash window below. Right hand cottage has a sash window above and a four flush panelled door with side lights and a sash window below.

No 31 Newland and east range, Sherborne House, Front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41, The Manor House, three cottages next to The Manor House, two cottages adjoining, Nos 57 to 93 (odd) and north-east boundary wall to Newland Close form a group.
