The structure consists of walls, dwarf walls, railings, and a gate at Newland Corner, dating from the 19th century. It features a stone dwarf wall with moulded coping and cast iron railings, which have uprights with spear-headed finials and panelled standards. The gate also has spear-headed uprights. Stone rubble walls curve from each front angle of the house to the front garden wall and railings. Additionally, stone rubble boundary walls with jagged stone capping extend along Hound Street to both ends of the property.
