Description
61 Newland is an early to mid 19th-century, two-storey building with a three-window stone front, located next to No 59. It features a new slate roof and three modern dormers. The sash windows are four panes wide, except for the centre window on the first floor. The entrance has a doorcase with ashlar pilasters and an entablature, along with a plinth. This property is part of a group that includes No 31 Newland, the east range of Sherborne House, the front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41 The Manor House, three cottages next to The Manor House, two cottages adjoining, Nos 57 to 93 (odd), and the north-east boundary wall to Newland Close.
