Description
71 Newland is a building from the early to mid 19th century, standing two storeys tall with three windows. The front is rendered and narrower than the adjacent No 69, featuring an ashlar plinth. It has sash windows that are four panes wide set in reveals, and a six-panelled door. This property is part of a group that includes No 31 Newland, the east range of Sherborne House, the front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41, The Manor House, three cottages next to The Manor House, two adjoining cottages, Nos 57 to 93 (odd), and the north-east boundary wall to Newland Close.
